What makes the Flexa SL 45 thermally non-insulated bi-folding door different is the possibility of having panels opening inwards/outwards within one element. A concealed carriage with double-paired running wheels on ball bearings and a running mechanism with an independent axle ensure that the bi-fold door glides open and shut easily and quietly.
The pass door locks in place using a unique catch and can easily be moved along with the other panels, and the special gears with a 24 mm latch bolt lock the panels into the top and bottom frame profiles, offering high burglar resistance.
The SL 45 Flexa bi-folding door system provides maximum natural light and sound insulation (R'w up to 25 dB) with the option of visual privacy thanks to wholly or partly matted glass panes without sacrificing light. The system is suitable for installation in existing and new buildings when installed with low-profile floor tracks.
