A cozy yet modern living space: The Woodline bi-folding door is the perfect choice for anyone looking for the best of both worlds. Its profiles are made of high-quality, multi-layered wood, while a special corner connection between the panels gives the system added stability. The subframe consists of an aluminium structure that is fully clad with solid wood profiles on both the interior and exterior. The system has a building depth of 86 mm. The slim visible line at the panel joint—just 143 mm—ensures maximum transparency when the door is closed, perfectly complementing your natural living style.

The Solarlux world of wood finishes

Anyone who buys one of Solarlux’s wooden systems will have almost complete creative freedom when designing their bespoke solution. Create a completely individual style and appearance – thanks to the huge range of RAL colours, varnish shades and oiled finishes we offer for our wooden surfaces, plus your choice of a matt or silk gloss finish. There is no extra charge for different degrees of gloss. Due to differences in wood textures, grains and natural colours, the appearance of one and the same colour may vary greatly on different types of wood. You will find a selection of shades below to help you choose the right finish for your project.

Hidden Champion: Red Grandis

Red Grandis is still relatively unknown as a construction wood in the building industry, but it is gaining in importance. This is due to the numerous advantages it brings, especially for the window industry. Red Grandis is a fast-growing plantation wood with straight growth and high strength from FSC®®-controlled cultivation in Uruguay. In addition, it has a 40 percent lower CO2 footprint compared to other hardwoods from overseas. As hardwood, it is robust and extremely weather-resistant, and with durability class 2, it is comparable to oak, but is priced significantly lower than the popular hardwood.
