Soundproofing glazing for windows

The Soundline M box window from Solarlux is an innovative solution for increased sound insulation in urban living situations. It was specifically developed to meet the requirements of healthy living and designed for use on windows in new builds and renovations. The Soundline M system was designed and tested by SG-Bauakustik in collaboration with the engineering firm IfB Sorge, a specialist in building physics. With the attached module, increased sound insulation of up to 20 dB compared to the simple standard window can be achieved. In addition, the box window impresses with increased thermal insulation and an elegant, delicate appearance.

A built-in trickle ventilation, which can be fixed in two positions, allows for controlled ventilation.

  • Mechanical exhaust air from kitchens/bathrooms: Pressure difference 8-10 Pa
  • Backflow for living rooms and bedrooms: Replacement of a defined room volume of 51 to 81 m3/h at 4-10 Pa
  • Additional section through trickle ventilation:
