“The place to be”

It blends in with the countryside like it’s always been there, but anyone who sees it can’t resist a gasp of amazement. Andy and Caroline Cantrell’s stand-alone glass house is a special place: a new, atmospheric space right on the bank of Llyn Maelog. The small lake in Rhosneigr, Wales, is surrounded by woodland and fields, making it the perfect place to be inspired by nature – or, in the words of its builder-owners, simply “the place to be”.
